Celebrating Three Internal Transfers!

We’re excited to share three role changes:

• Michelle Nowak is now a Program Manager.
• Tiffany Messer has moved from Property Administrator to HR Coordinator.
• Mallory Jones has stepped into the Property Administrator role.

Congratulations to Michelle, Tiffany, and Mallory as they take on new opportunities and continue growing.

Field Operations

We are excited to announce that Jacob Wheeler has been promoted to Vice President of Field Operations.

Jake began his career at Tonn and Blank nearly 30 years ago as a Carpenter Apprentice and has grown through several roles, including Superintendent, Safety Manager and, most recently, Director of Safety. This experience gives him a strong understanding of the teams and operations he will now oversee.
